For the most reliable access on this WiFi network, turn off private or randomized MAC addressing for this specific network before continuing.

iPhone / iPad

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Wi-Fi.
3. Tap the info button next to this WiFi network.
4. Find Private Wi-Fi Address or Private Address.
5. Set it to Off for this network.
6. If prompted, reconnect to the WiFi network.

Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Network & Internet or Connections, then Wi-Fi.
3. Select this WiFi network and open its details or advanced settings.
4. Find MAC address type, Privacy, or a similar option.
5. Change it from Randomized MAC / Private MAC to Phone MAC / Use device MAC.
6. If prompted, reconnect to the WiFi network.

Menu names can vary slightly by phone model and software version, but the setting is usually found in the saved network details for this WiFi network.
